Principle Of Operation
Brushless motor has wound stator and permanent magnet Rotor. It may be considered as an inverted version of PMDC Brush type Motor with electronic commutation. The absence of commutator and Brush system gives the Brushless motor substantial operational advantages over normal PMDC motor such as low inertia, minimum friction and complete freedom from maintenance. In combination with appropriate controller (drive) the motor gives superlative servo performance with rapid acceleration, deceleration and precision positioning capability.
Construction
The Jayashree brushless servomotors incorporate the following constructional features to ensure extreme reliability and high performance even under arduous and aggressive environment.
